Product Information & Color Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our garments as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in studio lighting and individual mobile/monitor screen settings, we cannot guarantee that the shade you see on your screen will be 100% identical to the physical garment.

Pricing & Availability

  • All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error or stock unavailability after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund for any prepaid amount.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation call, SMS, WhatsApp message, or email from us.


  • Customers may request order cancellation before the parcel is dispatched by contacting us at +92 303 2986509. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


  • Marium Wears reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity or repeated Cash on Delivery (COD) refusals.


Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on mariumwears.com, including brand logos, clothing designs, photography, videos, graphics, and text is the exclusive property of Marium Wears. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of our visual assets or content is strictly prohibited.


Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
