Refund policy

At Marium Wears, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Eastern and Western wear. Every outfit undergoes a strict quality check before being dispatched. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items purchased on sale, promotional discounts, or customized/stitched-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  •  If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear pictures or an unboxing video of the product and packaging via WhatsApp at +92 303 2986509 or email us at mariumwears@gmail.com.
  • Once verified, we will replace the item free of cost or issue a full refund.

Size Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Delivery charges for sending the parcel back and reshipping will be borne by the customer.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • For Prepaid / Online Card Payments: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (debit/credit card or bank account) within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be transferred via Bank Transfer (IBFT), EasyPaisa/JazzCash, or issued as Store Credit within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
