Refund and Returns Policy

At Marium Wears, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Eligibility: Items may only be exchanged or refunded if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon
delivery.

Exclusions: Customized and made-to-order dresses are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Process: To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Items must be
unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is
received and inspected.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was
defective.
